Head of Customer Experience In-force Mgt. & Digital Acquisitions Middle East
Zubair Siddiqi has been with Zurich in the ME for 5 years and currently heads up Middle East’s Customer Experience, In-force Management Activities aimed at effective customer management and Digital Acquisitions aimed at developing Zurich’s digital channels for Zurich in the ME.
Zubair in his prior positions with Zurich Middle East has worked in various departments ranging from Strategy, Risk Management, Finance, and IT. Prior to joining Zurich, Zubair has worked for KPMG in their respective audit and advisory departments in countries such as the UK, Switzerland, and Ireland to name a few.
Zubair is a Pakistani / British National and holds a Bachelors degree from Canada’s prestigious Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) whilst also holding professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountant of England & Wales), Certified Internal Audit (Institute of Internal Auditors UK), Associate Digital Insurer and is currently pursuing a CII certification in the field of data sciences/AI.
